The Studio Alford
Established in 2012, for years now we have been delivering professional, focused & friendly fitness classes in Alford. With 3 highly qualified & first aid instructors, you can be sure you are in safe hands for all your fitness needs. We offer group classes in Pilates, Yoga, Kettlercise, Circuit Training, stretch and Pole Dance & Fitness, check out our timetable below. All classes are small with a maximum of 16 participants to we can make sure you get the best from your classes.

You Filthy Amateur
You Filthy Amateur is a one of a kind competition, creating a safe space for those wanting to compete in a sexy style competition for the first time. It`s for amateurs ONLY.
The competition is held in Kush Nightclub, 3 Grand Parade, Skegness, PE25 2UG.
The live final is on the 26th October at 6:30pm, we aim to finish by 11pm.
Rules & Regulations
Entrants must be over 18 at the time of entry video submission.
Applicants may be any gender. The top 6 from each category will go through to the final. 1st & 2nd & 3rd place will be awarded at the final.
We welcome applications from international competitors.
Applicants must make themselves aware of all You Filthy Amateur terms and conditions prior to entry. Competitors will be judged on the same criteria in the video and Grand Final.
Judges decision is final.
Removal of clothing is not compulsory, all styles of sexy are welcome. You may go as far as a thong. Nipple pasties are optional, but not compulsory. Heels are not compulsory.

Category Rules
Beginner
For students only, with a guideline of one years pole experience. Basic climbs and basic inverts only, i.e. Gemini & crucifix.
Intermediate
For Students only, enter here if you are capable of/ would like to include difficulty level such as Jade Split, basic shoulder mounts. You may include a maximum of 1 arms only trick. (Aysha)
Advanced
For students only, enter here if you are capable of / would like to include more advanced tricks and trick combos.
Instructor
Semi Pro
Professional
For anyone who is paid to perform, club workers, strippers (strippers with less than 3 months experience at the time of the DEADLINE, 31st May, are permitted to enter the appropriate pole level) and paid podium dancers. You should also enter professional if you have competed in a national competition at pro level or judged competitions.
Doubles
Doubles should enter at the level of the most experienced dancer.
How to enter
You can only enter YFA if you have not been in the final of a SS competition before.
If you have been in the final of Dance Filthy, Pole Theatre Classique, The Authentics or the Classique division of another competition, you can not enter, heats do not count. If in any double please send me an email to youfilthyamateur@aol.com You can have entered a heat, but you cannot have progressed to the final. Online Lockdown competitions are excluded.

The live final is on the 20th April at 6:30pm, we aim to finish by 11pm.
